The proposal to redevelop a warehouse site next to Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium is one of the biggest regeneration projects seen in the area and will create a stunning new gateway into Trafford Park and Salford Quays

The plans for the 500,000 sq ft regeneration project have been drawn up by Moss Architects with masterplanning and urban design consultants DMD Urban from Dublin.

Described as ‘a massive regeneration scheme on a particularly strategic site that will transform this area and create a new gateway into the southern end of Salford Quays’ the proposals include 423 apartments, a 211 bed five star hotel with conference suites and leisure club, 165,000 sq ft of office accommodation and car parking for 619 vehicles.
