The
framework plan was part of the redevelopment of a large tract
of underused land in the west suburb of the city. The comprehensive
plan provided for a new mixed use settlement.
The development will take advantage of the planned new rail
station at Park West by closely relating development type
and density with accessibility
The plan is currently at phase 2 which is the development
of detailed projects.
