Ballinamore Framework Plan, Co. Leitrim

The Urban Framework plan for Ballinamore in Co. Leitrim. The Plan was commissioned by Leitrim County Council under the PEACE initiative. The town faces many significant issues which will need to be addressed in the coming years – notably the continued development of the town fringe and the need to protect and reinforce the traditional town centre, The plan outlines key strategies for conservation, land use, community and movement bringing these together through the urban design framework.
