Mixed use framework plan for the zoned district centre at Clondalkin, Dublin

The framework plan sought to take advantage of existing and proposed public transport infrastructure through the creation of a compact mixed use centre.

A key element of the plan is a permeable and understandable urban structure with distinctive street and space hierarchies. The plan formed the basis for further detailed architectural and engineering design. A planning application has been lodged for the part of the framework plan.
